1/31/25 - We have pushed some minor enhancements and updates to the platform to better user experience and address several known bugs!
Updates:
Modified calculation of SMS segments used per message to more accurately reflect carrier calculations to provide more accurate insights into your messages and more accurate billing
Added additional checks for non-breaking space characters ( ). Previously when copying a text from an outside editor like slack, or notes, and pasting it into the campaign builder, it would add frequently. This led to inaccuracies in what was previewed vs received by customer and a poor CX for campaign users.
Inbox Conversations page now properly displays in app banners
Hover effect on all tables removed

Minor updates and bug fixes to the mobile view of the app
Removal of 24/48 hour follow up in messaging settings as no longer compliant for cart/checkout recovery events
